1) How to Participate: This sweepstakes is being run from Feb. 22, 2006 to Mar 1, 2006. There are two ways to enter to win the sweepstakes: (a) on the Internet, or (b) by hand printing a request to enter the sweepstakes and mailing it to COG1 Inc., 2525 Van Ness Ave #212, SF CA 94109, attention: Nokia Phone sweepstakes, to be received by midnight, PST, 2/1/2006.

2) Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of the following households: UrbanDeacy, HardCandy, Nokia and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

3) Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of June 24, 2005): Five (5) Nokia 7280s. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $450. *Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. One entry per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

4) Winner Selection: COG1 will conduct sweepstakes administration and verification. The Winners shall be selected at random from all valid entries received by COG1, Inc by 2/2/2006. By participating in this sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of COG1, Inc. whose decisions are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Prize winner will be notified by email on or about Feb 3, 2006 and will be required to execute and return, via fax, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release within 72 hours of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prize described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless COG1 Inc., UrbanDecay, HardCandy prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the sweepstakes, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winner waives the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. sweepstakes void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility. All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor’s photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. California law governs this sweepstakes and prize winner agree that any claims against Sponsors must be filed in the Central District of California.
